We make every effort to ship your order out on the day it is received. Sometimes it may take us a day or so longer. If there is going to be much of a delay we will let you know.
Shipping in USA by UPS unless otherwise instructed
$0-50 = shipping/handling $7.50
$50-100 = shipping/handling $12.50
$100-150 = shipping/handling $16.50
$150-200 = shipping/handling $20.50
over $200 = shipping/handling $23.50
2nd Day Air = add $10
Next Day Air = add $20
CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For Canadian orders we use UPS unless otherwise instructed and we add an additional $8
International customers will be emailed with shipping cost prior to shipping for approval by the customer and for that reason will have a 1-2 day delay before the order is actually shipped out.
We will make every effort to keep our site updated with "Out of Stock" notifications. If an order is placed for an out of stock item, it will be shipped once it becomes available.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Our most important goal is customer satisfaction. JOCKO gladly accepts returns for damaged, incorrectly shipped material or unsatisfactory items within 10 days after receipt of your order. In order to receive credit for your returned merchandise, please notify customer service within 10 days of the date on which you received your order. Simply email our customer service JOCKO2001@AOL.COM. Once the return is authorized, please include this number in the return form printed on the back of your invoice and send the shipment back. The full cost of purchase for the actual product will be refunded to you upon receipt of the item. JOCKO will provide a credit for delivery charges only for orders shipped incorrectly or damaged. Shipping costs for all other returns are not refundable, please note also that we do not accept COD items. We recommend highly that you use UPS who will provide a tracking number to ensure safe delivery. Please note, California law does not permit the return or undergarments or intimage apparel.
In short here's a three step summary for returning JOCKO merchandise: 1. Contact JOCKO Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number. You can email us at JOCKO2001@AOL.COM or JOCKOBOBBY@aol.com, please include the following information:
Order confirmation number
Your email address
Your phone number
Reason for return
2. Re-pack the product and send it back. Enclose the item(s) with the original invoice in a secure package.
Write the return authorization number on the package and ship it to the following address:
